Good Food Good Feelings engages an eco\/ethical philosophy, producing products from ingredients with associated health benefits.<\/p>\n

Specializing in traditionally fermented foods, though not as you know them, including;<\/p>\n

Scottish Style Kimchi
\nGolden Sauerkraut
\nHeart Beet
\nKombucha<\/p>\n

Utilising local produce wherever possible, these foods have undergone worldwide research proving that incorporating live fermented foods in our diet can reap health benefits on many levels, as well as tasting fantastic alongside almost any meal-soup, salad, pizza topping or simply on their own.<\/p>\n

Using glass jars and bottles, be assured thoughts are with regards to planet, animal and human welfare. All products are suitable for vegans, naturally free from gluten and refined white sugar.<\/p>\n

Classes start again soon \u2013 they are friendly, fun, practical workshops from Home Fermenting, Raw Vegan Desserts, Weight Management & other topics. Learn useful, adaptable recipes & techniques.<\/p>\n

Products and classes are available to order or book through the website, or get in touch via email or phone.<\/p>\n

Customers are able to collect directly from Kirkton of Auchterhouse \u2013 a suitable cool box is left at the gate for you to collect at a time which suits you best, so no need for contact, unless you fancy a chat! You will be directed at the checkout in the website on whether you wish post or collection. Feel free to email directly if you have any questions or queries.<\/p>\n

If you gather a few people in your neighbourhood \u2013 friends\/family\/co-workers etc, delivery may be offered to your office or home. You will need to have a safe and secure (animal free) place to leave your products if you\u2019re not in (minimum order may
