Nature Happy is a small business based in Angus. We help people slow down in nature using a variety of nature connection activities and techniques including Forest Bathing. These help calm your nervous system and reduce stress.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Forest bathing sessions
\n\u2022 Nature based journaling<\/p>\n

Learning to slow down in nature helps you to reconnect with your senses and your body \u2013 allowing you to come out of the fight or flight mode brought on by prolonged stress. Plus, you get to connect with others who are also working towards better well-being.<\/p>\n

Angus has so many beautiful locations to take people out for nature connection and forest bathing. Nature connection and forest bathing activities are available for local people and also for tourists who are visiting the area and can be tailored to suit different sizes of groups.<\/p>\n
