When the Stirling brothers set up Arbikie Distillery on their family farm on Scotland\u2019s east coast in 2014 their plan was to combine the best of farming and traditional distilling practices with innovation. Over the last few years, it has become very clear that \u201cArbikie Highland Estate will be one of the world\u2019s most sustainable distilleries\u201d.<\/p>\n

Guests are invited to book a visit to Arbikie Distillery, where they can immerse themselves in the sustainable, field-to-bottle process built on genuine craftsmanship, authentic ingredients, and passionate people. During the tour, visitors will learn how we cultivate a wide range of crops, including potatoes, rye, wheat, and essential botanicals, across our expansive 2000-acre farm overlooking the scenic Lunan Bay.<\/p>\n

Experience the unique flavours of Nadar, the world\u2019s first climate-positive gin and vodka, crafted from a base spirit of peas. Additionally, delve into the story of our Highland Rye Single Grain Scotch Whisky and discover why we have reintroduced Rye Whisky after 180 years.<\/p>\n

Our guided tours offer an authentic experience, led by individuals who are deeply committed to Arbikie\u2019s ethos. Our visitor experience, which is free to visit, includes access to an onsite caf\u00e9 and a retail space. After your tour, relax and enjoy the stunning coastal views while savouring your favourite cocktail at our bar.<\/p>\n

Gin & Vodka Experience:<\/strong> Learn how we create our base spirits from crops like potatoes, wheat, rye, and peas. Get hands-on with key ingredients and botanicals before visiting our copper stills to see our skilled distillers at work.<\/p>\n

Cocktail Experience:<\/strong> Discover how humble crops transform into exquisite spirits perfect for cocktails. Take a journey through the Arbikie Highland Estate and explore the art of cocktail making.<\/p>\n

Whisky Experience:<\/strong> Tour our golden crop fields and learn about the grains we farm. Experience the heat of our copper pot stills and the aroma of maturing casks. Enjoy a tutored tasting of our whiskies with an ambassador overlooking Lunan Bay Beach.<\/p>\n

Rye Experience:<\/strong> For those seeking an elevated visit, indulge in our exclusive Rye Experience, starting in the luxurious Stirling Suite with a Rye cocktail while enjoying breath-taking views of Lunan Bay. Delve into our whisky-making process with a private tour, including access to restricted warehouses. Conclude with an expert-led tasting of four exquisite Rye whiskies, featuring our very own Arbikie Highland Rye.<\/p>\n

Visitors can also enjoy a bite to eat at The Kirkwood at Arbikie Distillery Experience<\/a>, and enjoy an overnight stay in the self catering accommodation – \u00d6\u00d6D by Arbikie<\/a>.<\/p>\n
