The Kepties consists of 5 individual one-bedroom apartments (two of which have sofa beds as an option for two more guests).<\/p>\n

Each apartment can be rented out separately or together for larger groups. All apartments have kitchen and laundry facilities too!<\/p>\n

Located in the heart of Arbroath, the former \u201cKeptie Hotel\u201d has been transformed into a set of modern and stylish boutique apartments.<\/p>\n

Seconds from the train station and bustling Westport, with an eclectic mix of pubs, eateries and retail shops.<\/p>\n

The space is perfectly equipped to cater for your stay in Arbroath. It is a short walk from the harbour and very centrally located for easy walking to all of the towns attractions.<\/p>\n

There is a private garden at the rear of the property, which is a real sun trap when the weather permits.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
